This weekend sucked.

I purchased a new black drum on eBay that arrived broken and has several problems. Trying to fix the problems with the drum lead my down a spiral of continuing increased problems until it got to the point where no drums would lock into the machine at all. I could no longer print anything. I spent all of Saturday night trying to coax the drums into the machine to no avail. Luckily in the midst of my freak out, Jaimé started doing research of her own and ended up contacting Scott from PrntNow in Texas. Scott is the nicest gentleman, and on Monday Evening, he walked me through my biggest problems over the phone. It ended up being a simple fix and I am back up and running again thanks to Jaimé and Scott! 

Now to tackle the original problem of the black drum. Why won’t you eject masters, buddy?
