This Saturday is SASS FEST, a celebration of doing it together. The event is part handmade craft fair, part teach-in, part movie screening (Handmade Nation), part rock show. It’s taking place at (106), Calvin College’s downtown art gallery. Learn more on the book.

Who are you and How do you make your thing? Self-publishing in Grand Rapids
A lot of people make things in this city - but we don’t all know one another. You are cordially invited to an open discussion about self-publishing in Grand Rapids. Part census, part strategy talk, this session will provide us with an opportunity to learn about one another’s projects, the creative ways we get them done, and what resources are available in Grand Rapids.
